• The Foundation provides funding to a broad range of registered local, provincial and national charitable organizations annually on a case by case basis at the discretion of the Foundation.
• Applicants must be a registered charitable organization within Canada (our foundation does not donate to individuals).
• The Foundation will only consider projects that address our funding priorities including arts & culture, health & well-being, the environment, education as well as community care for the less fortunate.  
• Funding will not be considered for political or religious projects.
• Generally, the Foundation does not consider requests for workshops, conferences, purely academic research, training activities, film or video projects.
